Who? What? Why?

If you know me from my fitness days, you probably have a lot of questions. The video above is a little catch-up as to what’s been going on in my life since I stopped posting on my YouTube channel, gave up my fitness Instagram, what happened to Sweat Factor and what I’m currently up to.

PROJECT 1205 was founded in LA. It’s part blog, gallery and a photo/video editorial space. I never got the blog portion off the ground while in LA but I’m in NYC now… and since I see this move as a fresh start, this is my first post.

The whole purpose of this site is to share my passion for art, furniture and design. A place for me to share my own collection, collecting journey, inspirations and my wishlist— but mainly it’s a way for me to explore my passions. I have no formal education in Fine Arts or any design related field; however, I’ve been told I have a good eye.

Below is an outdated video of PROJECT 1205 in LA. Located in a Penthouse apartment above the historic Orpheum Theatre, I spent nearly 4 years curating my art and furniture collection. Once I finally felt settled, I up and left to start a new chapter in NYC.

Enjoy the video below. I hope to have a new video profiling my new apartment within the next few months. Until then, I’ll be sharing via this blog.

Cheers!
